THE POD
Our classic pod is the perfect size for two people. It offers comfortable self-contained accommodation at an affordable price. The elegant wooden structure is versatile and hand made to a very high standard.
The Pod offers plenty of internal space and flexibility to meet your needs. There is an open-plan feel with a bright and airy living space, thanks to the fully glazed front. The French doors open out onto an integrated and covered veranda and decking area, perfect location for some outdoor furniture.
Each Pod has a fully fitted bathroom, custom made King size bed and kitchenette, all of which can be tailored made to suit your needs.
The Pod is built on a custom-made trailer chassis, meeting road transportation regulations as well as making it easy to move around.

- Frame/structure: Curved structural timber frame made from Redwood TGV timber. Laminate flooring – choice of colours. Exterior covered decking.
- Insulation: 100mm natural sheep’s wool insulation for year-round occupancy.
- Roof: Metrotile cladding including an air gap system, offering 40 year guarantee.
- Windows and Doors: Double glazed UPVC double French doors and windows.
- Electrics/Plumbing: Electric package including LED lights, sockets and outside lighting. Fully plumbed and wired ready to connect to external inputs/outputs.
- Bathroom: Painted stylish bathroom with quadrant shower, toilet, basin & electric towel rail.
- Kitchen: Custom built kitchen with sink and storage cupboards
